We have an exciting opportunity available for a Site Manager working for a house builder in Suffolk. This project will be a 140 unit traditional build and they are looking for a Site manager to lead the team and ensure the project is at a high standard. Site Manager Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Managing the subcontractors and having regular meetings with the team to ensure the project is meeting the agreed timescales.
• Achieving a high standard on the quality of the project.

The Ideal Site Manager

• Previous experience as the number one from start to finish on a project.
• Knowledge of the building processes and the ability to meet the deadlines set out.
• The Site Manager will have strong leadership and communication skills.
