Our client, a reputable organisation working near Diss, is seeking a skilled Site Manager with expertise in Water Treatment Works for a temporary role. With a strong presence in the industry, this client offers a rewarding work environment focused on quality and innovation.

We are looking for a dedicated Site Manager with prior experience in water treatment works to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in managing projects related to water treatment facilities. This temporary role is crucial for ensuring the successful completion of projects within the specified timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations at water treatment works, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Implement and maintain rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
Monitor progress, resolve any site issues efficiently, and ensure quality standards are met.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports as necessary.

Essential Requirements:

Essential: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), First Aid certification, CSCS card, and EUSR - Water qualification.
Previous experience in a similar role within water treatment works is required.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage project teams effectively.
Proven track record of delivering successful projects within the water treatment sector.
