Our client, a reputable organisation working near Diss, is seeking a skilled Site Manager with expertise in Water Treatment Works for a temporary role. With a strong presence in the industry, this client offers a rewarding work environment focused on quality and innovation.

We are looking for a dedicated Site Manager with prior experience in water treatment works to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in managing projects related to water treatment facilities. This temporary role is crucial for ensuring the successful completion of projects within the specified timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations at water treatment works, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
  • Monitor progress, resolve any site issues efficiently, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports as necessary.

Essential Requirements:

  • Essential: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), First Aid certification, CSCS card, and EUSR - Water qualification.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within water treatment works is required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage project teams effectively.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects within the water treatment sector.
