This is a rare opportunity for a top-tier professional to take a lead role in managing high-value, intricate personal injury claims within a progressive and supportive environment.
The Role:
In this pivotal position, you’ll manage a specialist caseload of multi-track and catastrophic PI claims with values in excess of £100k. You’ll take full ownership of each case, using your deep technical expertise to deliver fair, commercial, and strategic outcomes. Working closely with industry-leading Panel Solicitors, you’ll shape litigation strategies, resolve complex liability issues, and influence high-stakes negotiations.
Role Requirements:
- Extensive experience managing high-value (£100k+) catastrophic or multi-track PI claims.
- A strong track record of delivering results through strategic negotiation and settlement planning.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, litigation processes, and current claims best practices
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- A confident communicator who can challenge constructively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
