We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to become an essential part of a dynamic team!
In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the business by handling incoming enquiries, processing orders, and investigating any disputes — ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Deliver professional, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer enquiries via email
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues, escalating when needed
• Use brand templates to craft tailored, customer-focused communications
• Handle inbound customer calls with confidence
• Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, to solve complex issues
• Keep inboxes and records neatly organised
• Raise and document investigations using an internal CRM system
Experience & Key Competencies
We are seeking a professional with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
• Excellent communications skills – the ability to convey information clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
