Business Development ManagerDoncaster – Office Based

£50k + Bonus

Elevation Recruitment group are excited to be working with a fast-paced and rapidly growing B2B organisation to recruit a Business Development Manager based from their Doncaster office to spearhead business acquisition across large-scale, national, and international accounts. This is a high-impact, strategic role where you’ll be on the front lines of winning major contracts and driving meaningful growth.

Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager:

  • Prospecting and securing new business with a strong focus on large blue-chip organisations.
  • Owning the full sales cycle—from opening conversations to closing deals and ensuring a smooth client transition.
  • Representing the business at a senior level and building strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Managing and prioritising your own pipeline and prospecting activity.
  • Collaborating closely with operational teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and boost efficiency.
  • Reporting on performance and pipeline developments to senior leadership.

Requirements of a Business Development Manager:
