Business Development Executive

Doncaster – Office Based

£30-35k + Bonus

Elevation Recruitment group are excited to be working with a fast-paced and rapidly growing B2B organisation to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their sales team. This is a key position where your communication skills and determination will directly contribute to the growth and success of the business.

  • Bonus structure with an OTE of between £500-£5000 a month

Responsibilities of a Business Development Executive:

  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients to generate qualified leads.
  • Introducing and clearly explaining the value of the company’s services.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and passing them to the Business Development team.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, both new and existing.
  • Achieving personal and team targets to support overall sales performance.
  • Keeping the CRM system updated with accurate and timely information.
  • Supporting the wider sales team with occasional admin or coordination tasks.

Requirements of a Business Development Executive:

  • A confident, enthusiastic communicator with a great phone manner.
  • A self-starter who is driven by success and eager to meet and exceed targets.
  • Resilient and positive – able to handle objections and bounce back from setbacks.
  • A quick thinker who can engage people and build rapport easily.
  • Previous experience in telesales or new business role is required.
