What You'll Do

As Regional Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of sales growth across the Yorkshire region, focusing on industrial recruitment. You'll work closely with local businesses to understand their needs and deliver responsive, reliable recruitment solutions.

  • Identify and secure new client partnerships within the industrial sector.
  • Engage with operations, HR, and senior management teams across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and production businesses.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure the right talent is matched to the right opportunities.
  • Plan and execute a focused business development strategy aligned with regional demands.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in industrial recruitment or strong knowledge of the sector is essential.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or recruitment sales.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and offer solutions that align with client needs and market trends.
  • Regional knowledge and local business connections are a strong advantage.
  • Confident communicator with a consultative approach to sales.
