Telesales Executive

Rotherham

£25,000 - £28,000 + Bonus

Due to continued growth our client is now in a position to recruit a Telesales Executive with a track record in prospecting, qualifying and generating sales leads to support continued growth in key segments. Working closely with the manager, the ideal candidate will be highly motivated and able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists and individual resource.

Telemarketing Executive requirements:

  • Generating new business opportunities via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to fuel sales pipeline
  • Introducing the business solution and identifying appropriate buyers within key segments
  • Nurturing the strategy for each marketing qualified lead from Inbound Marketing to move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Providing feedback to sales and marketing on any relevant business intelligence gained by engaging with prospects
  • Monitoring, reviewing and reporting on lead development
  • Managing data for prospective clients in SAP CRM: ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and all documents are attached

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a telemarketing role
  • Self-motivated, positive, proactive, enthusiastic and a strong team player
  • Ability to communicate, listen, influence and liaise with prospects from various backgrounds and at all levels
  • Willingness to be trained in new techniques and skills
  • Experience of CRM beneficial but not necessary
  • Experience in engineering/software sectors would be beneficial
