  • Support day-to-day operations and step up in the Registered Manager’s absence
  • Lead care planning, safeguarding, staff supervision, and rota management
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and professionals
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted and regulatory standards
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in residential childcare with leadership responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations & Ofsted standards
  • Level 3 QCF in Children & Young People (Level 5 desirable)
