Temporary Customer Service AdministratorDoncaster Based6 Month Duration£13 per hour plus holiday allowanceSTARTING ASAPElevation Recruitment are exclusively working with a fantastic business in Doncaster who are looking to recruit a temporary Customer Service Administrator to start ASAP.

The role will provide support within the Customer Service team. This will include query process, order creation process and other associated activities.Main duties will include:

  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Creating orders for customers
  • Liaising with stock and delivery teams on products
  • Collecting and checking proof of delivery documents from multiple systems and in some cases forwarding e-mails to customers, where required.
  • Support across the wider business in an administrative role if required
  • Update the Customer Service Team and Team Leader of potential process or information quality issues.
  • Ensuring the customer journey is at the relevant levels expected
  • Speaking to customers on the phone/email
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders to update on deliveries and information

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a busy environment
  • Worked in a customer focused role previously
  • Need to be able to start ASAP
