Service Complaints Handler & Administrator

Are you an experienced administrator with a strong background in complaints handling and customer service? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
About the role:
Joining our clients service team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers after they move into their new home. It's an admin focused role where you'll manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring every issue is handled with professionalism, empathy and efficiency.
You'll take ownership of each case from start to finish - logging and investigating complaints, liaising with contractors and keeping customers updated every step of the way.
What you'll be doing:
- Handling customer complaints and queries in line with our procedures.
- Logging, tracking and resolving issues efficiently and accurately.
- Liaising with internal teams, contractors and subcontractors to resolve problems.
- Carrying out follow-up calls and tracking feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
- Supporting the wider Service team with administration and coordination.
What we're looking for:
- Strong administration experience.
- Proven experience in handling complaints and delivering excellent customer service.
- Great communication skills.
- Confident using IT systems.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure.
