?? What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing tailored support to students with SEMH needs, helping them thrive both academically and personally.
- Assisting teachers in creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Offering one-on-one or small group support to help students reach their full potential.
- Supporting classroom management and helping with day-to-day tasks.
? What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs.
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEMH support (preferred, but not essential).
