Location: Doncaster
Salary: £15 – £18 per hour (DOE) - £35,000 - £42,000
Hours: 45 hours/week Double Day Shift

• Week A: 6am – 3pm
• Week B: 1pm – 10pm

Job Type: Permanent Full-Time

We’re hiring a Semi-Skilled Engineer to join a leading manufacturer known for its precision-engineered equipment and commitment to developing talent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience who’s ready to progress.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting maintenance and engineering tasks across the site
• Assisting with fault finding and basic repairs
• Learning from experienced engineers and developing hands-on skills
• Working within a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Following health & safety and compliance procedures

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Any engineering qualification (Level 2 or above)
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn and progress
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work across rotating shifts
