Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator to join our public sector organisation, based in Doncaster.

The Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator will provide end-to-end recruitment services to both hiring managers and strategic partners, to ensure delivery against the business needs and provide a high-quality candidate experience.

The duties of the Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator include:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future resourcing needs across departments
  • Source high-quality candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach
  • Lead employer branding initiatives, including participation in recruitment fairs, webinars, and promotional campaigns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the College's recruitment system (Networx)
  • Produce timely and insightful recruitment reports to support data-driven decision-making. Design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns for niche, repeat, and volume roles, including graduate schemes
  • Evaluate campaign performance, providing feedback and analysis on return on investment. Support the engagement and onboarding of agency and temporary staff as needed
  • Contribute to recruitment-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including system enhancements
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and best practices within the education sector
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Advise on attraction strategies
  • Create a talent pipeline and engage with passive candidates
  • Champion best practices in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) and Safeguarding throughout all recruitment activities
  • Respond to candidates' and managers' enquiries

The Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator will ideally have:

  • Experience in a similar role is essential
  • Knowledge and understanding of recruitment processes and policies
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Experience in using recruitment management systems

The Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator will need to have excellent communication skills and effectively be able to communicate to stakeholders of all levels. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have an impeccable eye for detail and accuracy to ensure all workload is carried out effectively and efficiently. They will also need to able to prioritise their workload and be efficient and effective to meet unpredictable deadlines and deal with conflicting demands, whilst working in a high-pressured environment.
