The Role
We're looking for a temporary Work Placement Co-ordinator to support the planning and delivery of student placements across the organisation. You'll work closely with the Work Placement Team Leader and Manager to organise and monitor placements, maintain employer relationships, and ensure students have a safe, positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the organisation and development of work placements.

  • Conduct placement visits, Health & Safety checks, and assist with DBS processes.

  • Brief students and course teams to prepare them for placements.

  • Maintain employer contacts and placement records.

  • Handle placement queries and support the Team Leader/Manager with monitoring and reporting.

About You

  • Relevant qualification and good IT skills.

  • Experience working with 14-19-year-olds, ideally in an education setting.

  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
