A leading global logistics provider is seeking an experienced EXPORT CLERK to join there operations team. This role is central to delivering world-class freight solutions and outstanding customer service across international Air and Sea, transport.

You will manage the end-to-end shipment process—from customs clearance and quoting to deliveries and invoicing—ensuring clients receive a seamless and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end freight forwarding activities

  • Ensure full compliance with operational procedures and KPIs

  • Manage customs entries and documentation

  • Deliver accurate and timely invoicing and job costing

  • Maintain regular communication with customers and suppliers

  • Support month-end reporting and internal compliance

  • Use systems such as CargoWise and MS Office efficiently

  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement

  • Support internal pricing and rate reviews

Education & Experience:
  • GCSEs or equivalent required

  • Background in logistics or a related business field preferred

  • Proven experience in freight forwarding operations

  • Demonstrated customer service skills

Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong knowledge of Air, Sea, transport operations

  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven

  • Flexible with a willingness to work shifts, including weekends

  • Team-oriented with a strong quality focusMonday to Friday 9.00-17.30pm with some flexibility to work weekends and shifts
