Description: We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for day shifts with a well-established logistics company operating within the UK rail industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for professional drivers seeking regular work, excellent rates of pay, and the chance to be home daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving HGV Class 1 vehicles (flatbeds and curtainsiders)
- Day shift work only (no nights out)
- Adhering to transport regulations and company procedures
- Safely delivering goods within specified timeframes
- £16.07 per hour (standard)
- £24.11 per hour after 48 hours worked in a single week
- Weekly pay
- Paid full-day assessment required before start (payment issued upon passing)
- Minimum 1 year of HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving experience
- Valid CPC and Digi Tacho Card
- No more than 6 points on your licence (no major endorsements)
- Container or flatbed experience is desirable but not essential
