Job Title: HR Analyst (Hybrid)Location: Doncaster (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in the office)
To £40,000 per annum + benefits
About the Role:We are seeking a highly analytical HR Analyst to join our team in Doncaster. This hybrid position will involve working 2-3 days per week in the office, with the remainder of the week being remote. The successful candidate will work closely with the Reward Manager and will be responsible for producing and analyzing key People Data for the business.
You will play a pivotal role in Board Reporting, creating KPI metrics for the HR team, analyzing data related to absence and attrition, and submitting pay data to our external benchmarking provider. If you have advanced Excel skills and experience building macros or system coding, it would be a bonus, though not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Partner with the HR team to identify and analyze people data, enabling informed decision-making on the reward and people agenda.
- People Insights: Develop new and innovative methods to extract insights that inform the business on key trends and support strategic decisions.
- Reward Strategy Support: Assist in creating a job family pay strategy and framework, along with the associated pay grade structure, working with the internal Remuneration Committee for approvals.
- Support the Reward & Recognition Framework: Interpret stakeholder requirements and offer expert advice and guidance.
- Data Presentation: Present data clearly, highlighting current trends and their business implications.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Gender Pay Reporting: Prepare the data for Gender Pay reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- HR Analyst Experience: Previous experience in an analytical role, preferably within HR, is desirable but not essential.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Expertise in Excel, including building macros or system coding (preferred but not essential). Experience with Power BI and SQL would be highly advantageous also.
- HRIS Knowledge: Experience with HR systems, particularly Select HR, is a distinct advantage.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on ensuring the accuracy and quality of HR data for reporting purposes.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work effectively across teams and engage with a variety of stakeholders.
