As part of their continued growth, we’re looking for a Head of Quality, Health & Safety (QHSE) to drive standards, shape strategy, and embed a culture of excellence across the business.

The Role

As Head of Quality, Health & Safety, you will lead and manage all aspects of our QHSE function. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will play a key role in ensuring our products, processes, and people exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the overall quality vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain ISO-accredited QHSE management systems
  • Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Lead internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture through training, engagement, and incident investigation.
  • Implement and manage effective root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture focused on accountability and results.
  • Act as the key point of contact for all regulatory and certification bodies.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, driving accountability at all levels.
  • Champion sustainability, environmental compliance, and employee wellbeing.

About You

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior quality leadership role within manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceuticals, Aerospace, Automotive or similar regulated industries.
  • Proven track record of implementing and sustaining a quality culture.
  • Extensive experience with business management systems and quality frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and familiarity with structured methodologies 
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
