What You Will Do
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional security services. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual. The candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the construction sector's unique security needs. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients within the UK
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues promptly and effectively
- Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients and secure new business through proactive outreach and networking.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations and complies with industry standards.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements as necessary.
- Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and service agreements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and other KPIs as set by the management team.
What We Expect of You
- Proven experience as an Account Manager within the security services or construction industry
- Strong understanding of the security needs and challenges faced by the construction sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach
- Full UK driving license
- Willingness to travel to and from different sites to meet with clients
