We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter/Supervisor to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business. The company supplies high-quality injection moulded products across multiple market sectors and has invested heavily in machinery and technology in recent years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate injection moulding machines to ensure efficient production.
• Perform tool changes, machine adjustments, and maintenance as needed.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with moulds and equipment.
• Supervise and support production staff across shifts.
• Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain production and maintenance records.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in injection moulding, with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of tool setting, hot/cold runner systems, and process optimisation.
• Experience using 3-axis and 6-axis robots.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet production targets.
• Familiar with health & safety and quality control standards.
