The Role:Are you a recently qualified solicitor or an experienced property lawyer looking to take the next step in your career? A well-established regional law firm with a strong reputation in the commercial property market is looking to expand its Doncaster-based team with the addition of a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-5+ Years PQE).You'll handle a broad and engaging caseload including leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, property development, and landlord and tenant matters. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative team where your professional growth is genuinely encouraged.Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion
  • Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing leases, sale and purchase contracts, and other property-related documents
  • Acting for a wide range of clients including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and SMEs
  • Conducting property due diligence including title review and searches
  • Supporting senior solicitors on complex transactions and development projects
  • Building and maintaining client relationships

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ-5 Years PQE in commercial property)
  • Experience across a variety of commercial property matters
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to manage time effectively
