Are you a seasoned Family Law Solicitor (8+ years PQE) ready to take the next step in your legal career? I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected law firm that is expanding nationally – and we're looking for ambitious Solicitors to lead new offices across the UK.
This is a unique chance to head up your own office under a nationally recognised legal brand. You'll have full operational, compliance and marketing support to allow you to focus on what you do best – delivering excellent outcomes for clients in children and financial remedy matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of private family law matters independently
- Deliver high standards of client care, advice and advocacy
- Lead and develop a local team under an established brand
- Play a key role in business development and local networking
About You:
- Minimum 8 years’ PQE in private family law
- Strong experience in both children and financial remedy work
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases with minimal supervision
- Commercially minded with a track record of strong billing
- Ambitious, self-motivated and ready to take ownership of a new chapter in your career
