CRA Consulting are delighted to be working with a highly respected and well-known firm of solicitors based in Doncaster city centre, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services across South Yorkshire. We are now recruiting for an experienced residential conveyancer who is confident managing their own files and ready to hit the ground running with an established, varied caseload of residential property work.
The RoleYou'll be joining a busy and supportive conveyancing team, taking ownership of a full caseload from instruction to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity and re-mortgages
- New build transactions
- Help to Buy and shared ownership matters
With a well-organised administrative setup and experienced colleagues around you, you'll be free to focus on providing excellent service to loyal and longstanding clients.
What We're Looking For- 5 years plus experience handling residential conveyancing transactions independently
- Confident, organised and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Experience using case management systems and working in a high-volume environment is advantageous
- Competitive salary between £42,000 and £58,000 (depending on experience)
- Established caseload with loyal repeat clients
- 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays
