This position is perfect for a dedicated professional with a robust background in conveyancing, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a comprehensive caseload of conveyancing files, including but not limited to sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Deliver expert legal advice, ensuring a seamless and effective conveyancing process for all clients.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external contacts through effective communication and professional conduct.
  • Conduct meticulous legal research and ensure all transactions comply with current laws and regulations.
  • Utilize conveyancing software and case management systems efficiently to enhance workflow and client service.
