The Role

You know how it is in a warehouse. One minute you're picking components for a lightbox order, the next you're loading frames ready to go on a same-day courier. Then it's onto checking stock levels or assembling parts ready for dispatch. It’s full-on, fast-paced, and constantly moving.

This isn’t a role where you’re just stood at the packing bench. You’ll be actively involved in every part of the operation, keeping the workflow running smoothly and making sure products go out on time and in perfect condition. From prepping orders to managing stock and working with the wider production team, you’ll be right at the heart of the process.

The Business

This company is well-established and growing, supplying high-quality lightboxes, frames, and POS display units to clients across the UK. It’s a hands-on, hardworking team that takes real pride in what they do. Everyone pulls their weight and looks out for each other. If you bring a good attitude, a solid work ethic, and a willingness to get stuck in, you’ll be a great fit.

What You’ll Need

To hit the ground running, you’ll need previous experience in a warehouse or production environment, ideally somewhere that manufactures or assembles physical products. You’ll be confident with picking, packing, using hand tools, managing stock and organising workflow. If you’ve previously led a team or stepped into a supervisory role, that will definitely come in handy.

What They're Looking For

You’ll be someone who is dependable, organised, and proactive. If you’re the kind of person who spots problems before they become issues, takes ownership of your space, and enjoys working as part of a team that gets things done without any drama, then you’ll do well here.

Next Steps

If this sounds like your kind of role and you’re ready to take the next step, drop us your CV or get in touch for a chat. We'd love to tell you more.
