Are you an experienced senior manager with experience in managing multiple different teams?
Would you enjoy working for a market leader within their field?

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the market leaders within the residential industry, creating bespoke living solutions for families across the UK. As senior operations manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the project management, logistics & production teams ensuring that all projects are being delivered on time and to budget.

Your background in a similar role within the construction industry will be essential to successfully fulfil this role as you will be required to work alongside senior management team to help drive and develop the business forward whilst delivering on the overall business strategy.

We would welcome conversations with operations managers who:

  • Come from a construction background
  • Are able to manage project management teams effectively
  • Can maintain and build relationships with external contractors and internal teams
  • Have experience in creating & delivering construction site programmes
  • Will identify weaknesses and seek to identify improvement opportunities
  • Possess strong communication skills
