About the RoleMarks Sattin are delighted to be working along an excellent oragnisation who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join the business on a 6 months FTC basis.
Responsiblities- Support the Payroll Supervisor to ensure key tasks and deadlines are met.
- Act as a point of contact for payroll queries and escalations from managers and employees.
- Share knowledge and provide ongoing training and support to team members.
- Ensure compliance with statutory legislation including PAYE, National Insurance, statutory payments, and pensions.
- Lead process reviews to identify and implement more efficient ways of working.
- Serve as a process expert for relevant payrolls across the team.
- Take ownership of processing and finalising monthly payrolls in line with payroll schedules.
- Minimum 2 years' payroll experience
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Experience supporting new technologies and system changes.
