Description
As the Multi Skilled Shift Engineer you will be tasked with the following;
- Ensure optimal operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions
- Implement preventive maintenance programmes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets
- Document all repair and maintenance work
- Provide technical support and training to other engineering staff
Profile
A successful Multi Skilled Shift Engineer should have:
- A minimum HNC/ONC/HND/NVQ in a relevant Engineering field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG
- Strong skills in equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
