DoorCo, based in Doncaster is now recruiting an experienced Team Leader to complement its successful team and to add new focus to our CNC. This is am amazing opportunity to join our team and deliver excellence to our customers.

Were hiring an ambitious Manufacturing Team Leader as we continue to grow as the UKs largest supplier of composite doors.

Manufacturing is one of our key services and as a member of the team, your daily work will be essential to help us provide the service our customers know and love.

The Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the CNC department, ensuring that all products meet the customers expectations in terms of Quality and Delivery.

Suitable candidates must have relevant experience in a CNC, preferably in a manufacturing/high volume setting but could also suit adaptable people from other sectors.

The successful candidate will have:

• Hands on production experience leading teams
• Experience and a proven history of following SOPs
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality.
• A can do flexible attitude
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Reliability, being able to show an excellent timekeeping and attendance record
