Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Spanish lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic development.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and promotes enthusiasm for learning Spanish.
- Collaborate with other language teachers and staff to enhance the curriculum and language learning resources.
- Participate in school events and activities related to language and culture.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and educational research pertinent to language teaching.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification in languages.
- Experience in teaching Spanish at secondary school level.
- Strong understanding of the curriculum and assessment methods.
