We're searching for dedicated, compassionate night owls to join our incredible team of Waking Night Residential Child Care Officers across Doncaster. What You'll Be Doing:

• Be a steady presence during the night - offering emotional support, reassurance, and safety when it's needed most.
• Help young people navigate their fears and emotions with patience and understanding.
• Promote healing and stability, giving children the secure environment they need to grow and thrive.
• Work with a passionate team that believes in second chances and brighter futures.

Who We're Looking For:

• Naturally calm, compassionate, and resilient - someone kids can trust.
• A confident communicator and positive role model.
• Open to working flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience working with children or young people - or transferable skills from care, education, or support roles.
