Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be working with a leading distribution business, soon to be operating from their brand-new facility in Doncaster. We are seeking a number of Production Operatives to join the Operations team – a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same.
This multi-skilled position offers the chance to get involved in all areas of warehouse operations – from picking and packing, to processing products, goods in/out, and forklift truck operation. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring products reach customers on time, in perfect condition, and in line with the highest health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack products for customer orders.
- Safely measure, cut, and label products to exact specifications.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock.
- Prepare, load, and dispatch outgoing shipments.
- Operate FLT equipment (Counterbalance and/or Reach) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and hazard-free.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience – ideally in cables or electrical products (desirable, not essential).
- Confidence in picking, packing, cutting, and goods handling – training will be provided.
- A valid FLT licence (Counterbalance/Reach) is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- A proactive, team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations.
