We're working exclusively with a UK-based specialist in precision-engineered components-serving mission-critical sectors including aerospace, medical, automotive, and renewables. As part of their growth strategy, they are building out a dedicated new business sales team and are now seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead on securing revenue from high-value industrial OEMs.
This is not an account management role. It's a pure new business position where you will be supported by SDRs and account teams, freeing you to do what you do best-open doors, close deals, and build long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:-
Identify, engage, and convert new OEM customers across targeted verticals

Drive top-line growth through strategic sales initiatives and solution-led selling

Re-activate dormant accounts and convert inbound/marketing qualified leads

Collaborate with technical, marketing, and operations teams to tailor customer solutions

Represent a strong product portfolio, including miniature bearings, disc springs, and other high-performance mechanical components

Deliver short-cycle wins while building a long-term sales pipeline

Proven experience in B2B field sales or new business development, ideally in industrial or engineered components

Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate complex OEM decision-making structures

A structured, proactive sales approach with a focus on pipeline development and deal closure
