Pay Rate: £12.37 - £13.49 per hour or £22,102.72 - £24,103.93 per annum
Provide individualised support to students with diverse SEN, collaborating with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.

Requirements
- Prior experience supporting children with SEN.
- Passion for education and commitment to student success.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service
Qualification/Education
- Level 2 Teaching qualification.
- A strong understanding of diverse learning styles and SEN challenges is crucial.
- A willingness to expand your knowledge is essential.
Experience
- Proven experience working directly with children with SEN in the UK school setting.
- Understanding of inclusive teaching practices.
- Experience with specific SEN categories (e.g., autism, dyslexia, ADHD) is advantageous.
