Junior Sous Chef Dorset 1AA Rosette Live In

A Junior Sous Chef is required in Dorset for this beautifully appointed gastro inn.

This role requires candidates to have a valid UK work visa or settled status no sponsorship is provided.

The gastro inn has won numerous awards and is a beautiful meeting of modern and traditional design with cosy soft furnishings and roaring fires creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for all guests.

Due to the level of the food, all applicants must have a background of working with high end food in an A La Carte environment. Without this experience, I'm afraid applications cannot be considered.

  • Effectively managing and running the kitchen alongside the current Head Chef, whilst also ensuring that the kitchen meets all food safety laws
