Job Title: Lead Aerospace Engineer

Location: Dorest

Salary : 55 - 60,000 + package



Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all designs, modifications, and repairs fully meet applicable airworthiness regulations and standards.

  • Prepare, review, and manage certification documentation for systems and components.

  • Conduct detailed inspections and audits to guarantee adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide expert support and advice to engineering and operations teams on all airworthiness-related matters.

  • Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date records of certifications and compliance activities.

  • Act as a key contact for aviation authorities, ensuring strong compliance and communication.

  • Drive improvements in airworthiness processes, tools, and procedures.

  • Leading Multiple Project in line with delivery dates.
  • Support and Develop Design Team



Ideal Skills :

  • A degree in Aerospace Engineering

  • At least 5 years' experience in a Senior Airworthiness Engineer

  • Experience within a Regulation Environment
  • Strong knowledge of EASA, FAA, and UK MAA regulations.

  • Stakeholder Management Within Projects / Development Team
