Job Title: Lead Aerospace Engineer
Location: Dorest
Salary : 55 - 60,000 + package
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all designs, modifications, and repairs fully meet applicable airworthiness regulations and standards. 
- Prepare, review, and manage certification documentation for systems and components. 
- Conduct detailed inspections and audits to guarantee adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. 
- Provide expert support and advice to engineering and operations teams on all airworthiness-related matters. 
- Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date records of certifications and compliance activities. 
- Act as a key contact for aviation authorities, ensuring strong compliance and communication. 
- Drive improvements in airworthiness processes, tools, and procedures. 
- Leading Multiple Project in line with delivery dates.
- Support and Develop Design Team 
Ideal Skills :
- A degree in Aerospace Engineering 
- At least 5 years' experience in a Senior Airworthiness Engineer 
- Experience within a Regulation Environment
- Strong knowledge of EASA, FAA, and UK MAA regulations. 
- Stakeholder Management Within Projects / Development Team
