Plumber Multi Trade - Dorset
£34,000 per annum + van and fuel card.
Job role:
The role is working on a responsive repairs contract on properties in and around Dorset area.
Multiskilled Requirements:
- Previous social housing repairs and maintenance experience
- Good Plumbing maintenance experience
- Positive attitude
- External repairs and maintenance
- Polite and used to working with customers
- Strong Plumbing skills and knowledge
- Competent in all trades maintenance work, carpentry, painting, tiling etc.
- Happy travelling to various jobs in work van
- DBS check will be carried out before starting
- Full UK driving license essential
- 40 hour weeks
- Good package
- Security check will be carried out
This is a really exciting opportunity for a Multiskilled worker to join a new team and be part of a busy housing contract with a very busy contractor.
