Pay Rate: £12-14 per hour or £22,102.72 - £24,103.93 per annum

Your role:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering effective lessons
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
- Provide individual support to facilitate student learning
- Monitor student progress and report the findings to the teacher and parents.
- Adhere to the school's policies and procedures
Our requirements:
- Level 2 Teaching qualification
- Genuine passion and experience in handling SEN children
- Relevant teaching assistant experience in the UK schools
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service
- Two Professional references
- Understanding of safeguarding policies
Required Skills:
- Commitment towards student support and holistic development
- Ability to work on own and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Competent ICT skills
- Able to work within the parameters of the physical demands of the job role
