  • Partner with stakeholders across production, engineering, and supply chain to enhance quality control.


What We're Looking For

  • A STEM degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record in manufacturing or production environments.
  • Expertise in Lean principles and process optimisation.
  • Advanced experience with 8D methodology and root cause analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Bonus Points

  • Knowledge of plastics/injection moulding or experience in the life sciences industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic team setting.
