About the Role:

Are you a dynamic, hands-on marketing professional ready to take full ownership of a brand's marketing function? We're looking for a standalone Marketing Manager to lead and deliver impactful marketing initiatives while travelling across our four UK offices Focus (Reigate, Cobham and Godalming). Please note that due to the nature of the role you need to be a driver and have your own transport.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Firm's marketing strategy in line with objectives and budget
  • Maintain the Firm's website, ensuring content is current, accessible, and compliant. Oversee SEO, monitor Google Analytics data, and optimise digital performance. Liaise with external digital agencies to manage online campaigns, Google Ads, and CMS enhancements
  • Plan, create, and monitor engaging content across LinkedIn and other platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and X
  • Plan and manage internal and external events

The ideal Marketing Manager will have / be:

  • 5 years of experience in a similar standalone or management-level marketing role, ideally within professional services
  • Strong experience in strategy, digital, content, events, and branding
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with senior stakeholders
  • Driving license and own vehicle
