Customer Service Advisor
Location: Dorking, Surrey
Salary: 30,000 per annum + quarterly team bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm (30-minute lunch break)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy automotive client in Dorking. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills who enjoys delivering first-class service and being the first point of contact for customers.
The Role:
- Welcome and liaise with customers bringing vehicles in for repair.
- Explain repair estimates and processes clearly and professionally.
- Carry out pre- and post-repair checks with customers.
- Handle complaints calmly, escalating to the branch manager if required.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the repair journey.
- Use IT systems, email, and phone to manage customer interactions effectively.
- Work as part of a professional and supportive customer service team.
About You:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within the automotive sector.
- Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and via phone/email.
- Professional, patient, and well presented.
- Confident IT user with good organisational skills.
