Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Dover (transport required)
Contract: Temporary to permanent
Salary:
- Day shift - 12.30 per hour, increasing to 12.60 after 3 months, increasing to 15.99 once fully trained.
- Night shift - 14.15 per hour, increasing to 14.50, increasing to 16.27 once fully trained.
- Overtime uplifts are 25% for days and 38% for nights.
Hours: 4 on / 4 off rotating day and night shift pattern, 5:45am - 6:15pm and 5:45pm - 6:15am (1 hour unpaid lunch and 5 x 5 paid minute breaks throughout the day)

Duties:
- Stacking and packing panels.
- Visual Quality Control checks.
- End of line Quality Control- Quality inspector checks for issues and must resolve them too.
- Loads and prepare materials on the line, checking the quality and using machinery on the line.
