Job Summary

Working within the Learning & Development function you will support by delivering training needs across the business, working with internal and external stakeholders ensuring training requirements are met.

You will assist the People Development and Talent Partner by booking training course and updating online records ensuring compliance.

This is a part-time position, days and hours of work will be Monday, Wednesday & Friday 09.00 – 14.30.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous Learning and Development experience essential
  • Minimum of 3 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at Grade 4 or above to include English, Mathematics and a technical/science related subject
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good stakeholder management with strong communication skills
  • Confidence using in-house systems or readiness to learn (Oracle)
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge and experience
  • Good written and oral communication skills
