Our client is a multi-national freight forwarder, they now have an exciting new opportunity for a Graduate to join the Freight teams at their location in Dover. This is a very exciting opportunity for the right graduate to join this Freight Forwarding and Logistics company that is rapidly expanding and offers excellent progression within the business.

Our client is a well-established freight forwarder, a market leader in the provision of logistics services to a large number of very substantial manufacturers, importers and exporters both in the UK and Worldwide
Your role of Graduate Freight Internal Sales Executive will be to work alongside whilst being trained / mentored by a Senior Sales Coordinator and as part of a sale team
Working as part of a vibrant freight sales team your role will involve Canvassing, Prospecting, developing and securing new Ocean, Air and Road freight business accounts.

Your main responsibilities include

* Identify new sales leads and cold call, actively pursue / follow up, negotiate and close.
* Develop sales opportunities from data held within the internal CRM system in
* Negotiation with clients and suppliers.
* Submit quotes, overcome objections and convert to new business.
* Manage tender enquiries for larger 'A' list customers with communication and co-ordination to all relevant internal parties.
* Attending and participating in Sales meetings and client meetings

Package and Benefits:

* 22,500 to 26,000 Circa will pay more dependent upon experience
