PSM Recruitment Ltd are seeking a Part time Accounts Assistant to work for a Logistics company on the outskirts of Dover.
The successful applicant will need to have excellent data entry skills, be accurate and good computer skills.
Duties Include:
- Processing inbound post
- Recording transport references on delivery documents
- Requesting delivery documentation from suppliers to
support sales invoicing and credit control functions - Liaising with the purchase ledger team and
logistics department to ensure proof of deliveries
are obtained where required - Scanning and recording delivery documentation
to the freight management system - Providing proof deliveries to customers
according to their specific requirements - Maintaining a log of the proof of delivery process
- Dealing with client queries
Hours are 9am - 5.30pm 3 days per week
