HR Advisor
Location: Droitwich
Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent
Salary: 30,000
I am looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join my client's team and support the continued growth of a successful, customer-centric retail business.
As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting managers and colleagues across all areas of the business. Reporting into the Head of HR you'll provide expert guidance on a broad range of HR matters, helping to maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Job Role
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions to coordinating interviews and onboarding new starters
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
- Monitor and support employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
About You
- CIPD Level 3 Qualified as a minimum
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Experience advising on ER matters in a generalist HR role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- A genuine passion for people and creating positive workplace experiences
