HR Advisor

I am looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join my client's team and support the continued growth of a successful, customer-centric retail business.

As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting managers and colleagues across all areas of the business. Reporting into the Head of HR you'll provide expert guidance on a broad range of HR matters, helping to maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

Job Role

  • Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Support recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions to coordinating interviews and onboarding new starters
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
  • Monitor and support employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies

About You

  • CIPD Level 3 Qualified as a minimum
  • Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience advising on ER matters in a generalist HR role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • A genuine passion for people and creating positive workplace experiences
